About Equal

K4I is a project dedicated to improving 'Adaptability', by 'supporting adaptability of firms and employees' to help overcome the challenge of structural economic change and promote the use of information technology and other new technologies.

K4I is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF), under the EQUAL programme, which tests and promotes new ways of combating discrimination and inequality experienced by those in work and those looking for a job.
