Personal data (eg name, email address) is not stored or captured through The Knowledge Bank without the prior knowledge and consent of users. When you provide this information, you will be asked whether you wish to receive any further communication from the Knowledge Bank. We will ensure that all personal data supplied is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Knowledge Bank does not sell or otherwise transfer personal data to any third parties.

Continuous logs are maintained of The Knowledge Bank web server activity. These log files include the details of your IP address, browser type, page last visited etc. Log files are used to analyse usage of the Knowledge Bank website and to help us improve our services to you.
